Services Offered

As a certified and vetted specialist, I perform multiple loan signing services including New Purchase, HELOC, Seller Packages, and Loan Applications. As a notary public for the State of Texas, I can also perform: Acknowledgements or Proofs, Oath Administration or Affirmation, Swearing a Witness for a Deposition, and Certifying a Photocopy.

Loan Signing Fee Schedule

$175+ New Home Purchase
$75- HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit)/ 2nd mortgages
$85- Seller packages
$50-Loan applications

General Fee Schedule

Travel Fees:

$25.00 flat rate within a 10 mile radius
$0.50 for ea. additional mile

$12.50 after hours fee (after 5:30 pm CDT)

10% Senior Citizen Discount (65+)

Texas Notary Fees :

Taking acknowledgments or proofs: $6.00 for the 1st signature & $1 for each additional signature in the same document
Protests $4.00 + $1.00 for each notice of Protest
Certificates & Seals to a Protest $4.00
Administering an oath or affirmation $6.00
Swearing a witness for a deposition $6.00
Certifying a photocopy $6.00
Providing an uncertified copy from an entry to a notary public’s record book $.50 per page

Total fees to expect:

Travel Fee + Notary Fee + After Hours Fee (If applicable) = Total Cost
